Well you can't have a mech story without a few melee weapons soooooooooooo I busted out a Halberd because I'm so unoriginal. The later beam Halberd will be more or less the shaft minus the blade but will have the spike for the sake of it not being just a simple shaft. The beam version will be able to go from Halbard to a beam scythe (omg more unoriginality!) if the pilot so wishes.

It's made from teh same material the mechs armor will be made of BUT it has higher tensil strength. I was partially inspired to make such a weapon because I was impressed by the weapon Faust VIII carries in Shaman King as well as some of the non beam weapons used throughout most of the Gundam Seasons. I combined them into the Mech Halberd. The 'axe' like blade is obviously for severing and choping while the spike can be used to piercing the joins of a mech to disable it. The spike could be used to peirce into the cockpit but the axe blade could do the same thing but with greater results.

All in all I'll be cranking out more Mech Guns and Mech Melee weapons just so I have a decent arsenal to refer to when i start on the story. Oh, and those that read my other story 'School of FIghters Alternate Universe' I apologize for the delay, this bit of inspiration has drug me away from writing the story, although I have no inspiration for the new chapter and have a bit of writers block on it. Do forgive me.
