This was an older image that I have done for a friend of mine who is a big time Eevee lover. Being a fan of the fluffball myself, I was more than happy to draw this for her. She named her Eevee "Rascal," named after her late cat, and the charm he is wearing around his neck was a real-life charm she had commissioned that she wanted me to add onto him.

Also a period where I was experimenting with drawing Pokemon if they were real. I much prefer their official forms. =D
