Part of the art trade I was having with 
Grumpy-Lion
Techincally it's half-finished. The other part was a sketch and I wanted to do as such...but then I moved forward and this happened.
Not proud of the shading but I can improve next time ^v^
Btw, the two in the pic are Grumpy-Lion and his BF
