I always get a twinge of melancholy whenever I see an old-style pay phone... I think it's the same nostalgic ache I feel for VHS cassettes, music on tape, and tvs with rabbit ear antennae. Ghosts of times past.

Yep, that's a primo example. (I actually own a still-functioning laserdisc player, as well as a sizeable collection of LD movies.)
