I am actually pretty proud of my new set up ^/^,

Being patient and frugal, I managed to get the whole deal set up for roughly $225 (excluding smart phone). The HP EliteBook 2780P was a refurb just a hair under $200 and makes for a pretty nice graphics tablet. Clip Studio Paint on the cheap during their annual black Friday sale, and I hooked up my laptop to my in-laws spare 30 inch flat screen for that sweet sweet multiple monitor magic.
