If you remember Kajsa's bio, you will be aware that she's swedish, and while she certainly attract a lot of attention with herbody lovable personality, she can't help but long for that one approacher that is also swedish. She's had a few people try to fake it, but every single time, Kajsa's noticed the bad grammar, literal translation and incorrectly used words in the context of what was said. This was just another one of them... the poor fool did not impress her one bit.
This actually include her adventures on f-list, where the closest she got was this one finnish girl.
Following this, there WAS one actual swede that showed up... but she diiiiidn't really end up liking him very much.
Intended phrase: "I have kept an eye on you for quite a while, beautiful."
Literal translation of what he said: "I have kept an eye on you too much a while, beautiful." (the beautiful is incorrectly translated due to it translating to more than one word in swedish. he should've aimed for another phrase like 'sweety-sötnos')

would she only go out with a guy who spoke fluent Swedish? and if she did date a man who didn't speak Swedish, how would she react if on day he surprised her by telling her that he was tacking a course in Swedish because he wanted to meet her family (being completely unaware of her past).
Obviously not, she's been on dates with a lot of random people, the swedish thing is something that only spread through mouth. While studying the language is a nice gesture, it's not why she is on the lookout for them. Girl gets a bit lonely having a language that nobody around her speaks, and she'll be able to tell on the accent if they're genuine or not.
That said, if that scenario you mentioned did happen... hm... she'd probably give a light sigh through her nose while still smiling, pat him on the head and tell him that her entire family is dead... which is actually the truth.
What does bother her though is if they (she's never the one that bring it up) mention that they speak swedish and fail like the guy in pic. It's just a tad cringy in her eyes when they brag/claim they're fluent and then end up speaking like that.
