Thom has been on the Police Force for a while and knows his way around town. He's not easily pushed around, and he takes his job seriously. Which is more than can be said about others on the Force. Being over protective of his sister lead to an interesting face off between him and Sean, but he realized that he was going to have to let her grow up sometime. Something that wasn't easy for the big brother.
