Chipley the Sparky Chipmunk
I commissioned 
LimLam to draw, colour and shade my new charater Chipley a.k.a. The Electromunk / Teslator. His special powers and abilities include:
1. Being impervious to electrical shocks and radiation
2. Able to cause Power surges and machine meltdowns
3. Able to power and maintain electrical devices
4. Able projectile wireless electrical currents
And this is his biography:
Chipley was highly skilled in electronics. He could make machines work, sometimes against people and he grew resistant to electrical shocks. In one of his field tests to allocate power from a fusion generator, he had a terrible accident that electrocuted him full body, burning his skin and flesh off, leaving his organs and skeleton intact. To stay alive he had to have his organs wired together and his cybernetic body fitted into a rubber suit. His cables are silicone-coated with nickel-cadmium wires incorporated with cobalt to power him up. As a side effect, his continence levels have degraded, leaving him diaper dependent, but otherwise he is more powerful than ever before.
