Answer to SaynaSLuke's question on DA. I'm glad she asked that question, because it made me finally draw the DeRatry siblings having themselves a tender moment.
Ferin and Robert really do have a good relationship: ever since their mother disappeared when Ferin was 6 and Robert was 5, they quickly learned to rely on each other, especially since their father was often away on business trips. Ferin even took it upon herself to act as a sort of surrogate mother to Robert. She's very protective of him, and will make *anyone* suffer if they hurt him. Likewise, Robert helps his sister out whenever she needs it, and will do anything to defend his sister's honor, short of killing someone.
Of course, like all siblings, they've had their share of fights. But they always make up. X)
