Bureau of Superheroes Academy regulations state that "All Bureau Agents must pass the basic course on Escape and Evasion as part of their training before being authorized for independent field work." Since Matilda/Blitz Strike had previously and privately studied a bit of escape-artistry she was confident that she'd have little problem in that course. But she knew that it never hurts to practice no matter the situation. So she asked one of her Academy Instructors, Strikira in this case, to help her "practice". Fortunately Strikira was more than happy to help, and after removing her utility belt which was required for the exam, Blitz Strike quickly found herself bound and gagged in her room listening to her instructor's tips and advice. Wonder how long it will take her to get untied.lol
