Today is Valentine's Day, but it's all snowy and freezing outside (the way it SHOULD'VE been at Christmas instead of mild and with no snow). Since "A Scooby-Doo Valentine" was in Coolsville where it was warm and spring-like on Valentine's Day (they must be in California), the evil Scooby-Doo clone is not used to Massachusetts February weather! (Though it may take a while for him to warm up in that rubber Scooby mask...)
