Razz . Go give her your faves, watches and comments! After Oriale, Kiba/Hamato Miwa, the Viper and L'Miren, here's the newest member of the Ophidian Squad: Irken Invader Tak.
Tak was a target of the Ophidian Squad, early in the group's existence, marked for rescue after being tipped by Viper. The Irken was captured by ADVENT during an infiltration attempt ordered by her Tallest to learn more about their rivals, the Elders.
While she was rescued, Tak couldn't return to the Irken Empire due to her failure. She first needed to clear her name and prove she wasn't responsible for her capture. She knew she had been betrayed by someone within the Irken empire and she had to find who and apprehend them to hope to be welcome back by the Tallest.
She decided to stay with the NCIS as, in exchange of assisting them in various ways, they'd allow her to pursue her quest for the traitor. She initially didn't go well with the team, being aloof and ungrateful to them, due to inherent Irken xenophobia, but she slowly began to warm up to them, first by sharing L'Miren's taste for scientific curiosity and innovation, and then, Miwa's interest in video games (though Miwa proved to be a novice, much to Tak's amusement).
These days, Tak provides the team with various Irken tech, thanks to her Earth-based secret base, to help during their missions, including upgrading their ships and mixing Irken and Iconian technology to their advantage. She's also great at infiltrating with her small size and mind-controlling abilities, making her a valuable ally to the NCIS.art ©
