Probably because for the past several months Caroo has been drawing a marathon of feet tickling pictures with a rare non-foot tickling pic to break up the constant flow of them?Seriously,I've been wondering for awhile why he's been drawing practically the same picture over and over for a long time now;his works used to have so much creativity and love put into them.So seeing something like this is a breath of fresh air,and a sign that he still has some imagination left in that noggin.So just let us upperbody fans enjoy this please.
I have a head cannon that Limestone is a tsundere, meaning you can tickle her all you want and she'll just make hallow threats and not really stop you. She'll be to busy enjoying herself.
