Venny is so submissive! He willingly wears the Rubber Charizard suit with no need of hypnosis. Perhaps he just likes the feel of the tight rubber on his body. Charizard is quite happy that he's being worn and doesn't want to be put on too quick. Savor the moment.
(My only real problem is that I keep oversizing everything. So the top of Charizards head is cut-off. You get the gist of it)
