People have different perferences on their sizes. Eveyone has a unique attraction towards shape and size whetever they be realistic or not. Some prefer realistic proportions, some prefer exagerated ones, and some even like both. Take note that I'm not saying you have to like it; I am just answering your question.

As for your second question, the most common actions to do with someone at that size are hugging her, snuggling her, petting her, sleeping on her, make her shrink/grow, make her comfortable, talk with her, join her in a smaller/similar/bigger size, give her a massage, et cetera and et cetera. Foir the more unique forms of entertainment, that'd depend on a person's tastes.
