Wanted to draw one of my OC's, so, here's my cat-elf character if he were in YOI - it's Neko on Ice xD Drew him in Yuri's finishing pose, and I had fun designing his skating outfit (based on what he wears normally), plus hints of both Yuri's and Victor's outfits :3 And yes, his top is semi-transparent hehe
