After being accepted to the Bureau of Superhero's Academy it was only natural that Blitz Strike would be taught how to properly control her new electrical powers. Lucky for her she was going to be taught by one of the best, Voltage Vixen. So here we have Voltage Vixen demonstrating to Blitz Strike how to shoot an electrical energy blast.
