Hey, if you come across this, you're looking at a work in progress map of an Avian/Bird only territory, inside are four major cities that are at war.

A small story to accompany :

"The Highlands, a massive vast of land surrounded by grandiose cliffs, protecting anyone inside, the land's massive trees, cliffs and winds are a perfect spot for avians, and so it happens. The land has been conquered by the migrating Avians in this perfect land, but war is soon to come as other races want a piece of this perfect land.

The kingdom of the Highlands was formed, ruled by four major races : The Gryphons of the North, The Eagles of the Far West, The ravenous Ravens of the South and The wise Owls of the East. They stood against the Wolves, Ursine and anyone against the Avians.

During their defense, disputes have sparked between the four and after the assassination of the Gryphon king and siege of the Eastern lands, the Thousand days war has begun, the four kingdoms engaging in a massive war in their own territory for control.

Innocents have been spared in exchange to live and work in the respective kingdom divide, but many stood independent.

The Hippogryphs, the legendary race that believed to have formed the Highlands have joined the War to put a stop to it, Grandking Horas being amongst them, the True King. During combat, he has been struck mortally in the very center of the Highlands as he believed was "The most devastating combat of all" and so, he harnessed the power of the heavens and struck the ground, bursting in a massive ray of light, scorching the land under, with his dying breath, he proclaimed that the Thousand war will end and that the Trials of the Grandking shall begin.

The four Kingdoms decided to end the war and retreat to their own land they controlled : The Gryphons in the Stormcliffs, The Eagles of the East-Shores, Ravens of the Ebonwoods and Owls in the Western Forestlands.
Each kingdom formed their own special Elites to respond to combat without the implication of War : The Highlanders, The Thunderwings, Shadowquils and the Noctis.
The Gryphons and the Owls have formed an alliance as the first kingdoms to put down their weapons against one another.

Recent conflict has risen as the Blade of the Grandking has risen, the trials beginning, each Kingdom must show compassion, trust and prove who amongst them will be crowned the Grandking of the Highlands, the Elites of each Kingdom on the task."
