Yes...

which makes no sense, because Mudflap doesn't have a balloon, so I'm trying to think of an alternate outfit for it I like as much as the hat and jacket, cos I wanna differentiate it from her.

I'm open to suggestions <3

well I've always made it a joke she was gonna be the "sexy one" on tiny toons until she got a little too big and they went "hey remember pepe le pew" and used a skunk girl instead.
