this is a 2008 commission that i had for over a year and i couldnt figure out how to do for the longest time. its  torn's junk world pangolin construct; not a mech or robot, more of an organism born of the odd fusion of magic and science.

i really loved doing this piece, even though it felt like i took too many artistic liberies. it's been the only good thing i've had to show in a GOOD long while.

Done on 3 separate pieces of cardboard in mixed media (coloured pencil, paint pen, crayon and marker). It all fits in a plastic folding case (think menu holder, cause thats what it is), so you can doodle on to of it in crayon, like the character's description said. (desc. link)
