One thing I've been doing to keep myself occupied while I'm out on disability from work. I had a bunch of old doors I salvaged from the trash, and needed a little shed to keep flower pots, gardening tools and soil in. Plus I just enjoy building things. This whole project has cost me a total of less than $5, just for hinges and screws. All the lumber I used came from the trash, as did the concrete blocks its sitting on.
Its actually watertight in this form, if only for the piece of plastic I'm using as a temporary roof. But its far from finished. The wooden triangles you see on the right are the roof trusses, and I'll be installing them next. After that I'll be building the floor and then painting it. It'll look much better once the roof is on. That's gonna be a major design feature.

I only managed it through my union membership and sympathy from a few higher-ups. I found out I qualify for medicare, but little else. I'm white, male, and in my 20's with no kids. Lol, that's literally the worst you can be in terms of claiming benefits. No idea if I'll ever be able to work full-time, considering my anxiety disorder
