Second part of this commission for a dA user.
That night while Usagi was going around in her Sailor Moon uniform, suddenly she felt a rumbling in her stomach. Shortly after a large belch erupted from her mouth, after which a greenish gas started to pour out from her mouth. She started to convulse as the gas continued to pour forth. Soon she noticed that while this was happening her features had started to change. Her ears and nose started to change their shape and whiskers seemed to grow out from her face.

From my own experience the gas is pretty difficult to do and because it's so thick it can easily obstruct parts of the transformation that would otherwise be visible, I guess? I'm not totally sure, then again people in the TF fandom usually complain that anything TF-related is not done enough. And I'm definitely in that category as well
