So it's been snowin' in my good old state of Washington, and while the snow has been hectic to drive in, I think there's still some charm to it. And I thought hey, Faebell might enjoy the snow, let's see! And here she is, happy as can be in a snowy pile while flakes fall from the sky.
I had loads of fun with this piece, and this is my first attempt at an actual background! I have a long ways to go, but I think this is alright for a beginning to backgrounds! I'm used to just doing cloudy skies, but I think this is alright as a scenery idea. I wanna get more crazy with my scenery as time goes by and my art skills grow.
What I particularly loved about this piece was discovering how to work my layers in SAI better. I have a way better understanding of layers when it comes to background work now, as well as any last minute things to add even when the piece has been nearly completed.
