A bit of a demonstration of differing Astrals of the same species, this is General Libra Zuben-el-Genubi Setebos, Commander Telescopium Caph Dione’s (aka Warden Caph) right-hand Astral.
Like the Libra we all know and love (Libra Zuben-el-Schemali Prospero), Zuben-el-Genubi is a diligent and intelligent Astral, though she is a prison warden rather than a scientist (she handles the databases and a lot of the paperwork).
She’s also a stickler for formality and procedure, seen here as she addresses Warden Caph by her proper rank and species, as opposed to a less formal method.
Also yes, Warden Caph is a Commander-rank Astral. I made an error with her rank in previous pics.

I figured I might as well actually show more than one astral of a species, since I've already talked about how each sign is a separate species. Plus I wanted to demonstrate how astrals can vary even within the same species.

I suppose so, though I've never intended my astrals to be assigned roles/personalities by species like Gems are. So it's not like a shock or anything when an astral meets another in a different profession. There's no real "this astral is meant for X, this astral is meant for Y" stuff.
