Not all nights at the club are rough, but they still happen from time to time. After dragging myself home, hanging my vest up, I sometimes just drop into the chair in front of my computer to veg for a bit.
Occasionally, I'll turn the computer on and light a cigarette, make myself believe I'm gonna do a few last minute things before bed. But, before I know it, the cigarette is singing the fur on my fingers and I haven't so much as tasted it yet.
All that can be done is to leave yourself for the moment and forget the day. Think about nothing and let your body recover.
