I feel like I'm not into Pokemon as much as I was in the past few years, and I felt the need to redesign Shay. I still love Mew and it will always be my favourite pokemon (he and that naughty salamander), but I no longer feel connected to it.

I thought about it for quite a long time, and decided to start from scratch, now I have a sassy dragon with a poofy pamper XD

weeeeeell, I will make a kinda of ref sheet, and will probably change a few times his color (the only things that will stay consistent are his eyes and skin/scales) and shade this pic.

UPDATE: I've changed the colors a little and added shading, now I am 100% sastified with how it turned out!
