So this is an awesome piece by 
Tokaido who sci-fi style is one that I greatly enjoy XD
I do have a narrative on this one, which is partially done (i.e. I've hashed out a few words and have the main concept going), but I will hold off on it for now, and I'll likely explain a bit later. For now, enjoy the image, and simply imagine Mag calling for those assembled to reason, rather than react emotively, to what he is arguing.
