OH NO! Flinters drew a kangaroo! The horrors!
Yeah, so .... I drew a roo. I know, I know, big surprise. :)
The reason for drawing this may be unusual though- I found a picture mat I bought a good decade or so ago and it got slipped into a bookcase unused. I decided to draw up a pic to fit the 5x7 opening. Tailstanding is a classic roo pose and I thought cross legged in a serene setting might be neat so... yeah. Seroonity. :)
I was tempted to give her a yoga pose, but with those huge feet it didn't quite work out. Also, having her arms dangle helped show that she's tailstanding and not just floating.
Another picture that I think will go to the art show at All Fur Fun coming up.
