sometimes slimes split off of me and i find them bee-bopping around and i just re-eat them but my child ran off with this one so

guess i'm a grandma now

it's good, every child needs a hobby, especially foxes, who are very mischievous if not given tasks

for a slime it is!

you break off parts of yourself and leave them alone or they get broken off and then they become bigger and bigger

you can intentionally split your core and make a baby slime that starts out sentient but

eh

i like my memories thanks

this one will develop its own identity in time

probably devour my child

become my child

be simultaneously my double child and grandchild

squidge is great, partially because it isn't developed enough to have an identity and therefore can do no wrong

i mean, yeah

Squidge is just about large enough to have a single idea and that idea is probably "I'm Squidge"
