3d Model - Pistola Automatico Mod.W Gen2 (download links)
I got bored today and decided to make a pistol using the cad software CATiA. This is my first time making a firearm in CATiA (definitely not my first time creating a 3d model firearm), and it turned out better than I expected.
Specifications:
7.62×25 Tokarev (Accepts 7.63×25 Mauser too)
10 round single stack single feed proprietary magazine
Simple blowback with billet machined frame and slide
180mm long (7"). 100mm barrel (3.93")
Post and notch sights machined into the slide

The Pistola Automatico ModW (Automatic Pistol Model W) was created in the early 1900s in Spain. Originally chambered for the 9mm Largo (9×23) as a simple, cheap, high capacity pistol that can be easily concealed and provided adequate stopping power in comparison to small rounds typically found in compact pistols.
This model, using the higher velocity 7.62, was created in the mid 1930's as an cheaper, compact, and higher capacity alternative to the TT pistol as the Generation 2. The Gen2 featured a star on the grip and simpler machining to reduce the cost, but made the pistol look bulky and the grips were not as comfortable as the Gen1. What usually happens is that the Gen2 internals are put onto a Gen1 frame and slide to get the power of the 7.62 with the comfort and style of the Gen1.
Production continued despite low volume in favor of more established pistols and 3 generations were created with minimal internal changes. Gen1 is this the 9mm Largo version made until the round was eventually obsoleted. Gen2 is the 7.62 version with simplified machining to lower cost. Gen3 is a modernized version that has a more modular and comfortable exterior.
