Ok, I like to analyse such situations - so here we go)
It is well known fact that avarage male will always be stronger than avarage woman, yet here we have both buffed woman and man (So conditions don't change.)
Sayaka is skilled and strong fighter as we've learned previously, yet telling by the looks of Kurohasu - he is a battlescared and far more experienced than Sayaka.
Sayaka's possible advantage before him is speed and more compact complectation, so she would benefit more with more tricky attacks from sides or from back, instead of going bluntly all in.
Conclusion: Sayaka will lose this.
(But I might be wrong, only author decides future of that event. xd)

From the way Kurohasu managed to block her surprise attack and the scar on the left side of his face, Sayaka is facing a seasoned warrior. Also the fact that he hasn't drawn either one of his blades (yet) and that he's already neutralised her staff fighting shows that he's confident in his abilities to deal with her unarmed.
As for the stinger, she might use it but Kurohasu still has a hand free to block and grab said stinger and then use it to swing her like a rice flail into the wall and floor and then out the door.

He is using bare hands because he didn't have enough time to realise the situation and take out his swords, and then also take a position. So he does what he can, but I think if he had a chance he would take out his swords, even if it would not be necessary, this type of men love to show off)
As a samurai, he would have been taught both kenjitsu and iaijutsu so yes, he did have time to draw his swords and gut her since he has four hands. Blocked the staff with one pair, iaijitsu strike with katana and fight is over. Him using his hands might also suggest that he's just trying to neutralise the bodyguard long enough to explain his presense in the bathhouse to both Nae and Sayaka without killing anyone.
But we both agree on one thing, Sayaka isn't going to win this fight.

I understand that learning all techniques and skills, would make you better at an actual fight, but it doesn't boost your senses as a human, not to the point where you are a fucking Quicksilver.
Look at the second panel, it was then when he realised that there is someone else (he didn't even saw her, because he has no eye there) and it was at the very moment when she already swinged, you can tell that by looking at the third frame, and all that Kurohasu did, is reached his hands out in front of him cause of the instinct of self protection.
And btw, do you honestly think that he came there fully prepeared to fight and with the intention to kill? Because one is willing to use his lethal weapons when he mean it. But what is the situation: carnival, theater, etc. Dude he is relaxed at the moment, I don't think that he would use his swords and techniques even during a drunk bar fight. That's why he is not using swords, its not because he is skilled enough to handle enemy without them, its simply because there is no need for them.

I said was that he was confident in his abilities to take her down without using them. You seem to be looking for a fight or argument. I agreed with you that Sayaka would lose this and would likely be dead if he went lethal response, but you continued arguing.
Whitemantis, I'm sorry this happened on your page.

Don't be so dramatic. We are not arguing, it's called "debating", we are just providing facts that we can anlyse. Nothing to be sorry for, I think author is quiet happy, If I would create story that would make people discuss all kinds of topics with good enthusiasm - I would be really proud of myself, because it would mean that my art genuenly does entertain and interest people, artist can't possibly wish for more. And it is endeed great story.
