Small Spoiler for any Gumball Fans, but if you don't know who this is, this is the Gumball Copycat Chi Chi the Goat. My guess when I saw the leaked footage on youtube, is that this character is an american ripoff of the chinese ripoff version of Gumball. I'm not sure if anyone has made any fanart of this character or his family. So I decided to be dumb and do a little bit of a doodle, I used a clip from "The Three Caballeros" for this picture.
