HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Head is pretty uncomfortable. It's made out of some kind of thermoplastic material. It's too loose and too heavy on the front. This material is really delicate and they made really thin base so its way too easy to break it. I already received it with broken jaw which they tried to cover by gluing some kind of gummy material over it. At the beginning a piece of the material was sticking out and heavily bruising and sawing my skin on the next leaving red painful marks. It has a moving jaw which never fully closes on its own, I have to wear it over my chin so it closes. Ventilation is fine with and without the fan (though the installed the fan backwards making me breathe the same air over and over again which caused problems. I reinstalled it correctly though). Vision is alright. I have little blind spot between the eyes but it's easy to get used to. Floppy ears often caused problems covering more or less half of the vision. They failed to fix this so I started wearing ski goggles to keep them up when I need. I also have pretty good vision though the mouth whenever I need that (for example for walking down the stairs). I had to add additional stitches to keep the fur together because they were poorly sewed.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Front of the head looks great. Symmetry is good except for the jaw which is always curved, it's especially visible when the mouth is open (they supposedly tried to fix it many times but failed). Shaving and details are good as well. The fur is pretty soft and fluffy (I had to replace some of it because it got worn out but that's normal). The maker used two different shades and types of white fur on the neck which was pretty visible, especially in natural light of the day but I replaced them already. The head looks pretty unnatural from the side view. It's pretty visible its just a mask and since its sitting loosely on my head the fur looks stretched.
HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the hands and feet of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Handpaws are pretty comfortable. I had to add an elastic band to make them more comfortable and to stop them from falling off during more rapid motions. Pawpads are made out of fabrics so they are not too sturdy. They were just glued together using hot glue so I had to add additional stitches to keep them together. Fur sleeves are also quite comfortable and soft. They are held together by elastic band (also for some reason attached to the fur by hot glue so I had to add stitches to keep it together) which is always hidden under my shirt. Fur was poorly sewed so I had to add additional stitches to most of it.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
Fur looks good. Its symmetrical, colour is nice. The fur is soft and fluffy.
TAILS
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail(s) of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Tail is one of the best parts of this suit. It's a bit heavy but comfortable. Its fluffy and soft. Good for using it as a pillow as well. At first the straps were keep falling off and tearing off because they were attached to the tail with hot glue. I replaced them on my own using double stitches so now its secure to pull on it.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The fur is soft and fluffy. The white tip is completely different shade of white and different type of the fur than the rest of the
OVERALL VISUAL SATISFACTION

If there was no concept art, please state N/A
N/A
How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
After I replaced/fixed most of the defects I can say I am satisfied with the appearance of it.
MAKER INTERACTION AND COMMISSION PROCESS
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with all the aspects of communication between you and the maker. How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
They were available on both facebook and furaffinity so it was easy to contact them.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
At first only one day. When it was getting closer to the deadline or when I was contacting them for warranty repair it took between few days to a week to response. (contacted facebook fanpage, private accounts, text messages, furaffinity notes)
How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
The deadline was missed but they finished it when I was visiting them to pick my fursuit up so I kinda forced them to finish in time.
How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
The appearance looked great (with few defects) but the quality of construction etc was terrible. I had to keep repairing it because of poor quality.
How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker?
Customer service was bad. It was difficult to contact them. When I gave them a list of what's wrong and/or needs repairs in suit they done only a couple of this list.
Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
Pros:
-Appearance
-Vision
-Ventilation
Cons:
-Poor construction
-Poor contact with the maker
-Hidden damages
-Maker's inability to fix warranty damages
-Fixing defects is basically fursuiter's problem
-Hot glue everywhere
From what I've seen while visiting them they were making all fursuits last minute, right before deadlines thus why poor quality construction.

this was an extremely well written review, thank you for sharing your experience!
its always scary to me when i hear of a maker using lots of glue instead of sewing things together properly; it just isn't durable and your pieces are going to fall apart. If someone wants to do that for their personal work then its fine but never for commissions.
I'm glad to see you were able to repair the suit so theyre wearable though!

I was trying to add as many details as possible. It was bit difficult to separate their mistakes from just damages caused by the fact this suit is old. If I wasn't sure of something I ignored it so I'm not acussed of lying.
Also yeah I managed to repair a lot of things in this. I was lucky for having friends who knew something about making fursuits or repairing them so they helped a lot

Jeez, I was going to consider commissioning them because I thought their suits were pretty, hopefully they have improved but for someone like me who has to save for months and months, I just can't risk any sort of quality like this, ya know? It would just be such a huge loss.
I feel for ya man, the suit is adorable, it's hard to hear that! But at least it was fixable, I find it weird they cancelled your warranty, that honestly says extremely unprofessional but I don't know a lot of the context to it. I guess I can understand why, but -shrug-

Well losing warranty was quite interesting. I just checked my text messages to be sure. After 2 and half month of no contact at all I suddenly got a super formal text message saying (in rough translation) "I inform about losing a warranty on costume created by us (head, upper paws, tail). Loss of the warranty is caused by unauthorised interference in fursuit"
After I said I'm cancelling the order for full suit and demand return of the advance payment money they denied saying they bought materials already and can send them. I agreed. Few weeks later I received poorly ducttaped, falling apart box with few pieces of sponge, few small scraps of white and black fur (that weren't even close in appearance to my fur. Those were way shorter and thinner fur, completely different to what I have) and unidentified substance in two small bubble-blower bottles duct-taped together which I was scared of opening. I bet shipping price was higher than the price of the content I've got in the package, and sure as hell it wasn't worth the money I paid them in advance (about 1/3 of a price of full fursuit)
