Hhhoooooooooooh boy- who ever supported me in this bullshit I damn you to artistic hell.
Goodness- where do I begin. So - goodness will this be another character? Maybe, most likely, depends on how much I hate myself and any artist who accepts to draw him. I don't have a name yet. I'm thinking some sort of play on Neon- like Neo, Ne-il, and Noble... like the noble gasses... it made more sense in my head. I like the name Nigel for some reason...

marcleonhardt did the sketch of it, as is the case in a lot of my bullshit, and I did the lines in Illustrator- then did the glow in photoshop. :3
Not sure what else to say. If you think I should try to turn him into a full character let me know and I will hunt you down.
