At a young age, a young girl was bound to a wheelchair, and suffer from a weak immune system that makes her sick to most outside infection. Trap in a bubble and sterile environment, she lived her life wishing her lower body could be free and her fortitude could handle the tumbling and rough housing the other kids enjoy in. She pretends to have an interest in the stars so her parents will get her a telescope, but she uses it to spy on the superheroes of the city fly to and forth saving the day, free in the sky for the flier and those who get around jumping from rooftop to rooftops.

Dreaming she has a superpower that would free her of this chains that bind her inside and at home, she would daydream all the time, even playing with an idea of cool costumes to wear, like maybe a jumpy hero who can jump like a cat, she could wear a kitty costume! Oh but no adults heroes would take her seriously if she did that. Still, that did not stop her daydream as she often caught by her parents giggling and smiling at her dreams which in turn lifted the parents' spirits as well.

During a ride to a hospital for her check-up, a terrible accident happens and upon arriving at the hospital, the little girl was drawn into a comma in which could not be awakened from. It was then her powers awaken as her powerful psychic mind take shape a alter ego, the superhero cat girl known as Dream Kat! Meowing a bit as she stretches out on top of the hospital roof, she looks confused where she at, but curiosity was tossed away quickly as the thought of how much fun jumping around the city will be got her excited.

So Begin Dream Kat adventure, a living mental projection of a little girl dream and desire given form to fight crimes and have fun.
