Love old GM iron, and I've always thought Malibu's were classy.

How do you like the 307 engine? I ran them in a few oldsmobile station wagons in highschool back when I built demo-derby cars.

Oh, Goldy here. She's actually a 350 (or a 32...forgot the last digit again). Found that out when I got some parts for a 307 that didn't fit. We're too lazy to get at the stamp codes and find out. She runs great, but she's a bit grouchy b/c of the cold (the joys of running a carb). Her big problem is that the previous owner did some creative repairs to the wiring. Every month I find another short the hard way.

Hell, I'm still scared to floor this lil montser. 307s do run fairly nicely, but I've been given to understand they can be temperamental. I've never had one long enough to get to know it.
