I planned my last commissions in a wrong way and now I'm dealyed in all of them so here's what I'm going to do from now on:

I'll work on commissions one by one, I'll sketch one, ink, paint, finish, then sketch the other and so... This means that the ETA I gave on delivering the sketches doesn't run anymore. instead I'm going to ask for your confirmation one day before starting your picture, you are totally free to say something like "hey, it's too late already, i don't want it anymore"
