Some more of my attempts at trying to design Sonic style characters with different body shapes. I just took some birds I see a bunch and used them as references for these ones.
Although I like most of them despite the bad feather patterns, I hate them as a group? Like, they look like a bad direct-to-dvd movie. Cardinal up there's the smarmy wisecracking protagonist, the jay dude is the snobby antagonist who wants to steal all the bird seed, woodpecker guy's the fat comic relief sidekick, and mourning dove is the girl. And that's terrible.
