A prominent species thats part of the Scars/TLoK universe.


Information about Angelis:
A being of balance, if the internal balance of chaos and order is disrupted, they will lose themselves and become a Corrupt. Each of the Angeli carry a trait of one animal, and have one of eight elements assigned to them at the age of five. Those born already able to use an element are known as adepts.

Angelis were hunted by the human race for the massive amounts of power in their bodies. As well, the feathers of a winged Angelis, or pelt of a furred Angelis were coveted, and could be bought and sold for a high price. The Angeli were completely exterminated in these hunts with the exception of only a few. Most of those who had not been killed became corrupts.

Corrupts are Angeli who swayed too far to either order or chaos; these creatures often have lost all intelligence and sense of self. No longer being self conscious or aware of their own actions. Most are caught in a constant state of fear or sorrow, emotions that know no bounds. As such they will often strike out against anything that lives or moves.

They mate only once, every fifty years after reaching sexual maturity at age 130.

Approximate lifespan: 1000 - 1200 years
