Rosario (which in spanish means "rosary") is actually a not so common, but acceptable female name in Mexico. There are variancies for the name, like Rosarito or Rosalinda.

I'm looking over her character sheet here and I like what you did for her hair style, using that same tie up for her tail with ehr hair gives her that real athletic look along with the slight muscle build that is common ins all horses. I love her sexy workout bikini but I think you should work on other outfits for her, like what she would wear if she were in an actual race track or some casual cloths.

Her hair seems too bleed into her tail colors a bit, it maybe the simple sketch colors but if I may suggset: What is she dyed the tips of her hair?
