Question, how did you get the text to be centered? I keep trying and all it does is center the lines of the text it doesn't actually put the text in the center of the description >.<

You can use the Text Tool is photoshop and move the "centered" text to the center of the canvas.

I really like how you made this rather different from other Scorpio interpretation characters I've seen. Definitely a good color scheme. As a Scorpio myself I hope this one finds a good home.
