This story is about an Orca-Bird (Bird with Orca-like features, i.e. tail), who just broke into magic academy to learn more about a wraith that lives nearby, desiring to lift it's curse. However on her way she runs into a horse, Calvech. As the phenomenon in the ruined castle starts, she cares little whether he comes with or not. And as it would turn out later, it was good that he tagged along...

It was an enjoyable story to write, especially since it's the origin story of a couple that already is together, and I got to do more dialogue work which I hope turned out well. Since you all know by now, Dialogue is not my strength, lol!
