Alastor despite being a dragon that flies around mountains, managed to fall into the water and is greeted by a local. This is why you don't let your baby dragons fly over bodies of water. Their tiny wings aren't strong enough to lift them up for long periods of time. They could fall into the water and get eaten by whatever is swimming around in there.
Water Dragons in this universe are pretty lax, chill and mostly keep to themselves. However, this one in particular is a butt. Will Alastor get saved or will he get eaten? Spoiler Alert- he gets saved because baby mountain dragons are gross.
