I would like to imagine Ralph Wolf being Dio (what with the whole being adopted into the Coyote family then turning into a vampire later on), and I guess Calamity would work as Joseph from young to old. Then I would guess Tech E. would be Jotero who would have Rev/Roadrunner playing as Star Platinum (either saying "ora" more faster or for Roadrunner saying "beep" a bunch of times) to fight Ralph who will have Sam Sheepdog as The World (or Sheep Dog-Do)
