He got cracked from baking and then getting cooled quickly. I just haven't had the time to fix them again. XD

Very similar, I based it off my Black and White Tegu lizard. They have similar head shapes :)

It's super sculpey, you "fire" it in the oven, instead of a kiln
I may paint it... but I dunno.

Mm, cool would Gloss paint work? probably not this guy doesn't strike me as a 'shiny' guy. plus the whole seconded firing with it could damage it.

Oh no, he'd need something like acrylic or specialty paint. Nothing that's for ceramics or stuff like that.

Heheh, well, the person who won shouldn't have. Everyone else agreed. Not that I think I should have won, cos there were 4 others aside from me and the person who won. The person who won did a human figure, with lots of drapery, and so the people who judged (bunch of old farts with no knowledge of sculptor, just people who donate to the school) decided that drapery wins over anatomy (the figure's head looked like it was about to twist off... really.)

That's how things always seem to go. Always old fogies wanting old fashioned crap :/ Or at least, has been in my experience.

His wasn't even old fashioned... the traditional sculpture was the one I thought would win because it was traditional. But people were so entranced by the drapery/clothing that he did, which actually was just to cover up awful anatomy... so, he won.
