Okay so this little update thing is going to be partially to motivate myself to finish my project 1983 Chevy C10, but also for those intersted. My truck is a '83 C10 Short Stepside Bed powered by a 383 Stroker with a TH350 transmission and a welded up GM 10 bolt rear end. I had another 83 SWB with a 355 and similar power train, I ended up trading a good friend 2 grand and my old truck for this Stepside. My plan is to turn this truck into an aggressive pro-street mod. I have several plans for the truck but first I need to get it mechanically sound.
So Far:
Trans pan and filter
Rear end back backplate gasket
Homemade locker for differential
Header gaskets
Exhaust flange gaskets
Brake Master Cylinder
New tires

To-do:
It has developed a top end tick, going to run the rockers this weekend
Transmission tailshaft seal
Speedometer cable O-ring
New wheel cylinders
Pro Drum brake hardware kit
New brake hoses in front
New calipers
Line lock(Maybe)
Fuel cell (maybe)
Install 4L60E transmisson (Looking)
Return gear shifter to factory style
3 inch Drop spindle kit
New leaf springs
Relocate rear end spring pads (will do when lowering front end)
Paint and body work (eventually)
