Lightning Cloud, my Fallout Equestria OC
A friend over on deviantART and I came up with the idea for this guy back middle part of last year. 
chug-a-lug drew him for me. I think it came out pretty darn well. Anyway, as the name states, this is Lightning Cloud.
His story: Born in a stable near Canterlot, his parent sand him fled the chaos caused by radiation from Canterlot leaching into the stable. They eventually settled in New Appleloosa where he was trained in hoof to hoof combat and how to shoot guns and use weapons effectively. He knows how to weild many weapons, including the heaviest ones.
