At one point Victor is called to trial by a pan-dimensional tribunal for 'crimes against the omniverse'. As his three witnesses he called:

Fox -'The Hand of Victor'- The latest in a long line of selected mortals 'destined' to combat the influence of the Order of Ka and the only Hand of Victor to go by a different title

Scuzz -'The Absorber of Power'- I have yet to figure out why the hell he was called as a witness, but Victor wanted him there so he's there. Another hero.

The Oculus -'The Seers of All'- A race of beings that is omniscient and completely incapable of falsehood. Also the only witnesses to some of Victor's good deeds.

....And on the subjects of things that confuzz the living hell out of me, I have no idea why Victor decided to show up to his trial looking like a cartoon fox mafia don.
