Canitilians are a created race otherwise known as Lava Swimmers. They're a odd combination of any canine and any reptile. In this case we have a German Shepherd/Dragon. All the members of a family are the same mix. ...which gets kinda screwy when marrying between two 'breeds'. There would be a 50% chance of taking after either parent.
I was going to make DnD stats for them, but never got around to it.
