Birch defeats Grizzly, Stoat, and Young, but becomes more intent than ever to win it all. He ends up pushing Dipper too hard, who is already tired and homesick, and runs away into a nearby park. Then it begins to rain. And Dipper meets someone....maybe.
This song was a request from
Ratseye, after I had recorded Indian Lake. I liked how this turned out so well, I decided to try and fit it into the story. I had no idea what I was going to do with The Flower Girl, if anything, at the point I made this chapter.
